Do you have the complete explanation about internal and external factors that influence Motivation by William and Burden 1997?

Hey researchers, I am investigating about migrant workers motivation in learning English. I want to analyze their internal and external factors. There are some factors that I don't understand like internal factors in intrinsic of activity, perceived value of activity, and sense of agency, while in external factors in nature of interaction with significant others. I am trying to get the explanation and example on internet, but I don't get it. Or can you make the examples?. Please, I need your helps. Thank you
