She seems very professional and answered all my questions about their publishing policies. I am now convinced of their will to provide high quality services for scientific publications. So... I have published the paper in JMSE and can say that the whole process was very professional and also very quick. I had to answer to 4 reviewers which all seemed to know what they are talking about. I also already reviewed a manuscript for them myself and felt that I was an appropriate choise for the MS I was asked to review. Also from this side of the fence the process seemd professional.

I received a proposal for reviewing a paper and I am facing the same issues. Altohough googling the name and reading the criticism about the journal policies, depicted as "predatory" and included in the Beall's list, I am now quite relieved once read your comments. otherwise I don't think I am enough qualified to review the paper and this make me doubting about their reliability. Anyway if I accept at least I have the opportunity to have a look inside the peer-review process.

No experience yet, I didn't accepted the invitation because he topic was quite far from my experience.
