Do you have experience study on the RBL-2H3 mast cells?

I have some questions in the experiment.

I use RBL-2H3 sensitized with IgE. Cells were then treated with samples and stimulated with DNP-BSA. Then measuring histamine concentration and beta-hexosaminidase activity. Is it possible that the amount of histamine released is disproportional to beta-hexosaminidase released?
