Thank you, I tried Kubios and it is indeed convenient for use.

My doubts are about the Isoflurane anesthesia and if i will get anything meaningful out of anesthetized mice.

Please note that the definitions of HRV parameters for mice are different from human. Since most of the existing tools are designed for human HRV analyses, I suggest that you use a code/tool kit/software that allow you to change parameter settings.
