Is it true that null wire of grid and inverter case and solar panel frame are all connected to same ground? Can this connection result in a short circuit? Is there any requirements for this connection?

Better understanding could be achieved, by ground(reference neutral) consideration of full wave rectifier circuit, by changing source to load and load(DC o/p) to source, the solar out put. The center tap reference at zero potential would be the ground, with. two inverters circuit, for positive and negative cycles...
