Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.): Licence to teach or give opinion in your subject/particular field or expertise.

Doctor (Noun): One who has received from a university the highest degree in any faculty.

Philosophy (Noun); The knowledge of the causes of all phenomena, wisdom

Doctor of Philosophy is the highest university degree which gives licence to teach or opinion in respective field. Am I right? Do you agree or disagree?
