I am considering culturing endometrial, ovarian and breast cancer cells, either in tissue culture or in SCID mice.
In do not think that you can have an "universal" protocol for any type of human cancers.
You have also to deal with the tumor-associated cell populations that can grow more rapidly than the tumor cells themselves when you are establishing your primocultures.
You should contact Prof. Walter Berger (who is registered on RG) and who, with his team, established a lot of primocultures.
We establish primoculture from glioblastoma tissues.
