We are working on a method for rapid sparse matrix sampling of protein crystals in my lab. This seems to work well with model proteins but we would love to extend it to real-life proteins to test its general applicability. We are looking for 10mg of pure (by SDS PAGE) protein to be shipped to our lab which we would attempt to crystallise. We would like a suitable ligand (e.g. substrate/cofactor) to be included as well as information on the protein. Protein could be fusions and should ideally be cytosolic. We want to assemble a panel of 20 proteins in the first instance.
