Researchers have been talking about 'the big four' in India. This may not be true for whole of India. I found that envenomations from South India are predominantly (90%) hemo-nephrotoxic. Envenomations in North India and Nepal however are neurotoxic >70%. Do you agree? If no, what is the profile at your place? I would love to know the profile in north-east and Gujarat and Rajasthan.
