People with Developmental Disabilities (PDDs) are vulnerable to COVID-19 infection more than other people due to many factors. Therefore, I suggest including them with the high risk groups to be immunized first.
I think in the UK the priority is being looked at group by group so that those who need it most will be prioritised:

I agree with you people with (PDDs) must be included with a high risk groups for early vaccination,because of their lower immunity to virus.
