A lot of people are advised by some specialists to drink from 2 to 4 even 5 liters every day without even feeling thirsty to clean their body from poisons, oxides and others .... . Some new researches are against this. They SAY THAT DRINKING WATER WITHOUT FEELING THIRSTY IN BIG AMOUNTS CAN HARM THE KIDNEYS EXCEPT FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT FEEL THIRSTY THEY NEED TO TAKE A LITTLE AMOUNT THAT IS NEEDED  BY THEIR BODIES VERY DAY?
