Nowadays, in spite of the customers data are growing up rapidly, unfortunately the relevant and insightful data are unstructured. "More than 85% of enterprise data around the world are unstructured".

In my opinion; I don't think so. structured data-base still required for the most important and sensible fields like medical, military, and governmental issues.

It is always good to have structured data (for humans and machines). But it's not always possible to have such a structured data set (i.e. decision making problems).

Unstructured decisions happen when people who are involved in making decisions are not able to structure problem. Types of unstructured decisions can be: negotiation, lobbying, developing new technologies etc...

To improve computer potential for solving unstructured problems we need to make computers think more like humans.

AI is utilized to convert unstructured data to become the structure one with regard to the objective of employing AI or the perspective of the process owner. It is happening even now.
