People are born into the world for a purpose is a popular promise backed by epigenetics and other new paradigms. It is believed we choose the situations we come into to reinforce our creative skills needed to do what we are here for. The physical environment and the people in it are still in the survival dimensions of life which today is demanding that we grow into spiritual beings we truly are. The emotional and mental faculties are the tools to accomplish the transformation into higher consciousness, where we can live fully, love and be divine beings. If this is not the path our children are on the journey becomes on of perpetual seeking and PAIN. The sins of the parents are inherited by their children, says the good book and it is so. Children are not OUR future They are their own future that we might enjoy if we let them define it for themselves with our love and support.
Children are a life passage for parents .Parent observe the children in very close & loving action which may establish a bond between children & parents with the schooling age parents observe the life behavior of his children in their school response among their school friends .
It is this environment which help the children to go ahead to independently with the study & other behavior in the family ,friends & society .
Some years back I have expressed a similar views in the line of our present question which I submit herewith for your kind perusal
With our arrival of any children with their first cry they listen to the sound of her mother with her loving smile .It is after certain period the child can get & observe the environment of the family including his caste,creed .& religion . It is the responsibility of the parents to observation of his nature his childish behavior & his likely interest in his observation & also in his movement .
With this initial stage of observation for his child parents can convenient change the attitude & the behavior of the child with there are observing in the action of child . With this the parent should teach his initial good behavior & see that he may not play any mischief or rough behavior of his childhood friend .
If the child follows the practice in his school days he can certainly become a good behavior boy both with the family or among his friend circle or even his class room also .

لابد من السماح للاطفال بحرية الرأي والتعبير عما يريدون ضمن مدركاتهم النعرفية والنفسية والانفعالية والاجتماعية .. فهي ضرورة لبناء شخصيتهم وخاصة في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة .. ولكن علينا لا نغيب دور الوالدين والمربين في متابعتهم وتوجيههم
First we should help them and give direction, as we should feed them. After some years they wiil have power on their life.
Does anyone ever have power over their life? You do your best and keep doing your best hoping that the random circumstances they might face are benevolent.
In retrospect, I will use my experience to add insight to this answer. We do not have "systems" to discover affinities and proclivities for directing life patterns and where they lead us. What we may be good at may not be accessible to us for any number of reasons. The family, peers and and all other role models we meet, have not developed the spiritual (not religious) de-conditioning needed to determine our core creative nature, or the re-calibration that unfolds on our journey. So we encounter challenges we are taught to avoid not seeing them as the riddles we solve to test our resolve, commitment and self realization potential to take us to our true purpose. We spend a lot of time undoing all we know as we recreate and reset our 'consciousness navigation systems'. The materialistic philosophy is not balanced psychologically and spiritually for us to restore the trust needed to think for ourselves, sacrifice, be disciplined to find and follow our passion. Thanks for the help, the direction, the fast food and toxic environments, the discouraging word and never hearing the expression; I LOVE YOU'. The GOD you introduced me to, I found out much later live in me, is me and I am HIM-SHE-IT. I am very grateful for knowing what and all who I know now. What experiences parents have in identifying a child's purpose? Forget the JOB, the grand KIDs and the social and economic manipulations that ens;lave us, by design. What are we doing to save our planet, our communities and what are we taking back to the 'SOURCE of our arising' to account for the life we lived. Is our hear heavier than MAAT's feather?
Mr WIlkin, YES!!!! We create our own destiny with the collective consciousness we are HOLISTICALLY connected to. The 'OUR' is the collective EGO. We come from ONENESS to explore MULTIPLICITY from which we can distill the essence and excellence that reconnects us to where came from. We do this as many times it requires to get it right. Very few do and become negative agents of suffering for self and others. The interconnection is the medium for the transmission of LOVE and Peace, that the New Paradigm and neuroscience and other esoteric wisdom traditions are offering us now. The agenda Western Culture offers is not harmonized enough to get to the depths of real solutions as a result. Our children bring hope to and for us that we ignore because of our ignorance. LISTEN to the messages they bring is how we begin to grow SPIRITUALLY!
