For the most scenarios, "a group of living organisms consisting of similar individuals capable of exchanging genes or interbreeding" fits. But I think there might be some cases this meaning doesn't fit and probably there's more to it.

Good to see answer from you . What you meant as similar individuals? Same Genus or Same Species? I have really doubts about all the definition of Species.
Because of the interbreeding of the two different species, could be able to get offspring know .
Same species I meant. I know what you're talking about. There's some unclear areas that doesn't explain in the definitions of species. I think it's time for a new definition to put together.
i thought this problem tolerant in side of species. Any how there are many of interbreed in between two different genus. it 's totally confuse. I think its up to taxonomist to define
