Hello, I´ve taught Clinical reasoning, based upon the ICF structure. The idea was to clarify for them the interaction between function, activity and participation and teach them that participation is more important than function. They learned to base a therapyplan on the three pillars of the ICF. I wrote an article about it and would send it to you, but it is in German and I´m not sure if German ist taught in Lahore :-)
Hello! We try every day to address our effort toward a good quality of life. But what parents expect by physiotherapy is usually a better quality of motion, so they ask for physiotherapy thinking that more exercise, more performance. So we try, but is not so easy.
I agree that we need extra education in ICF-courses, but we need also to explane to patients (and parents) that our goals are not just range o f motion and strenght

Yes, we use the ICF to underpin clinical reasoning in both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. It is a critical framework in both understanding and supporting physiotherapy practice.
