it is depend on the culture, administration, regulations, society ... etc. but I think that the opposite is right. the people usually tend to talk about their experience with workplace bullying.
To be sure, people are often uncomfortable talking about their experiences with workplace bullying. However, an ethical and skillful scholar can help these individuals “open up.” As an example, I would encourage you to read the two interesting papers by Dr. Duncan Lewis, which I’ve listed below.
