I have seen to many vloger's video to now and noticed, all international visitors that makes those videos gets some difficulties to easily communicate with the local communities during their travels.
So, will these difficulties create some sorts of disatisfaction on those visitors? and will become a pushing factor for a any country of that their community didn't speak a required language by the visitors?
This should not be a barrier for tourist because most destination has a tour guide that can assist in translation of required language.
I have traveled in countries where there are few English speakers. Things went OK because I could usually find someone who knew enough English to help me. But it can be frustrating, also. In such a situation, it is very helpful to have a tour guide or traveling companions who can communicate.
No, it does not. Visiting for pleasure (tourism) is a pyschological needs. Istead of the rich of our present digital technology supporting devices for commumicating, including translating, or facilitating by local guides, direct oral communication is the only one tiny aspect of the whole psychological aspects of the visiting for pleasure. Smiling, eye contact, symbols are direct natural and traditional ways for communicating. The visitor might try to find their psychological way for communicating. They might find more pleasure in such way of communicating. It does a pleasure, it does not a barrier.
