Do NPC or FC structures have power loss of capacitor ripple?

I should say that when capacitors are parallel with input voltage DC, they have capacitor ripple voltage loss cause of direct connection but when a capacitor is in path of charging current -it's not parallel with input DC- it does't have any capacitor loss as same as capacitors in NPC and FC structures.

Dear Shahin Sabour ,

Even in NPC or FC configurations, capacitors are switched in a manner to achieve output voltage levels. Switching causes charging/discharging cycles of the capacitor which results in increase/decrease of capacitor voltage respectively.

This causes ripple losses in capacitors.
