Scientific knowledge’s/information’s play a key role in the process of decision-making in almost every aspects, thus it asks the ability of the decision maker of a certain company on using effectively and efficiently the data, which he/she may, gathered from literature, Articles, and Journals.
I have no idea where you got the idea that managers in business care about science at all. I would like to see some empirical evidence, because I have had 30 years advising businesses in 12 countries on strategy and it has been rare to see any knowledge or concern for science, unless that is what the business does. This includes several international banks, such as Barclays and HSBC, telecoms companies like British Telecom, car manufacturers like Ford and Renault, and IT companies like IBM and Microsoft.
It is a mistake to think business works the way it is taught in university business degrees. That's like expecting everyone to act exactly as their religion requires. It's aspirational, but unrealistic.
Even rationality is rarely used in business decision making. Most business decisions I have seen at senior level have been based on emotion, fashion, bias, internal politics and ego. Most scientic papers are behind subscription systems which make them unavailable to most businesses anyway. New developments in science are not applicable to most business activities. Only companies developing new products or services which are based on new science need to think about scientific advances, and only the managers involved in product development. Bill Gates insisted all product development at Microsoft was based on empirical research in their usability labs, but that stopped when he left. The only other companies I've ever seen use science were the International Atomic Energy Commission and a couple of drug research companies.
I have found the most effective way to communicate complex issues to managers is to reduce them to simple pie charts and one sentence slogans.
The best time for stressed administrators to read and process complicated scientific information is during a holiday - reading material over again rather than speed reading it ensures they've properly internalized the information for maximum consideration of the material years later. The longterm memorization and retrieval process requires visualization and imagination, which is most easily a mental state achieved by lying on a hot beach in summer, tanning.

I agree with you that for the busy managers to read a complex idea from the literature is unthinkable but if the researcher summarized the concept in a very understandable way and precisely I believe the manager can read and incorporate the concept with his/her daily works.

When on-site managing scientific research, faculty and students it's all about improvisation and persuasion as a project director, for me. So even if the outcome is a scientific product I am 100% unscientific on-site though very prepared before entering the site, and when I take a break to evaluate what still needs to get done, in cutting edge research and innovation, I need a vacation on the beach reading and visualizing. When on-site I'm like a soccer player going by pure instinct, and to read through new scientific findings I really need to step out of character to avoid in-group biases to think outside the box/work-site and develop new strategies no one else has before. Taking this approach I remain on track, completely avoiding any personal friendships or sentimental attachment with superiors, colleagues and subordinates, so no one 'dominates' me. My attitude is I value the final project, it has to be cutting-edge, everyone else is expendable if they disqualify themselves by being 'romantically' inclined or an opportunist. Being Italian and avoiding american tourists in Europe I developed this attitude we call, in the U.S.A., 'no hablo ingles' - it's completely improvisational https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L174xUWK6bg

I really appreciate you both a lot for taking time and respond to my question. I am doing a thesis on the idea of Evidence-based management in banking sector here in Ethiopia, as you briefly explained most of the managers merely depend only on non-scientific knowledge and their emotion while making random and crucial (even strategically) decisions for their company, on the other hand, many universities here in Ethiopia publish researches for the business companies by identifying their problem and suggest a better solution scientifically but the managers seems never use such papers due to many reasons Therefore, I am curious why those managers never used such findings and if not identifying the barriers and narrowing the gap between academician and industries to accelerate the economy of the country while making the company profitable and leader in the market. Since, proofed information (Scientific knowledge) helps to know the past, present and easy to anticipate the future as we all know.
At last the reason why I am asking such question here as I believe I will get a better idea and experience from experts that may help me to redefined and shape my research in better way. Please, If you have some experience and knowledge regarding this I am available to learn and take your valuable comments. Thank you!!!
Start by reading Machavelli, then Weber. People are motivated by self interest more than the needs of their organisation
Scientific consumption was part of the Holocaust, and many Holocaust deniers will call this 'silly' and 'fiction', though here is a legal documentary example of Germany's most successful manager, Harald Quandt, Joseph Goebbles' step-son, literally groomed for success if he hid all the slave labour crimes - yes they 'consumed' scientific knowledge, they drank the scientific knowledge (cannibalism in the form of the occult nazi practice of the beverage with the scientists as ingredients, called 'vrill') instead of actually reading the material https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FpQpgd_EeWY
Silvia Stein . I am afraid most people in this forum would regard your comments about absorbing scientific knowledge by drinking the blood of scientists too silly to comment on. However, since you have taken the time to present this in an academic forum, and are clearly a serious student, I think it only polite to engage seriously and ask some questions:
1) I am aware of accounts of Vrill. They commenced with a science fiction novel, "the coming master race" in 1887. All advocates of Vrill cite this as the original source of Vrill information, accept it was a work of fiction, yet use it as a work of fact. What evidence do you have that it was, in fact, a work of fact?
2) Vrill accounts claim Vrill energy comes from the Black Sun. Accounts differ as to whether this is found at the centre of the earth or behind our sun. Which do you accept and why? If at the centre of the earth, since we know the Earth's core is a spinning ball of molten iron, is the Black Sun inside or around that core? If behind the sun, it must move around the sun so as to stay hidden behind the sun from the earth as it orbits. Yet there is no evidence of it's gravity. So, if the Black Sun is behind the visible sun, how does it exist without exerting gravitational force? Also, solar satellites, which are on the opposite side of the sun to us, have not seen it?
3) Current medical understanding is that knowledge is stored in patterns of neuronal connections in the brain. There is no mechanism by which these can be encoded into the blood stream. Furthermore, there are no accounts of Vrill energy which state it can be transmitted via blood - it comes from the Black Sun. Can you please show the evidence that a) Vrill energy can be transferred via blood b) that neuronal patterns can be encoded in Vrill energy?
4) Vrill energy is said to have originated with a master race of white "god people" on the system of Aldebarian, who ruled over a less spiritually advanced race of coloured people. Interbreeding is said to have resulted in the corruption of the white master race, combined with an expansion of the Aldebarian sun, resulting in climate destruction which could not be prevented by magical powers since the master race was now corrupted. This resulted in a migration to our solar system over a 500 million year timespan. If Vrill energy comes from the Black Sun, it must have been in Aldebarian at the time. Was the Black Sun moved to our solar system, or was there another one already here?
5) The race of people still engaged with Vrill energy are said to inhabit underground caves in Antarctica, but these have never been found? Are they hidden? If so, how? If not, why have we not found them?
I look forward to your answers.
Careful, Holocaust denial is actually a crime in some locations where this internet forum is active. I published my PhD studying 'Vrill'. While investigating the Holocaust as illegal human soul trafficking, combining psychophysiology with theological studies in investigating abductions and brain washing, for my PhD, I was invited by the Archdiocese of Vienna, under then ArchBishop, now Cardinal, Christoph Schönborn.
The Archdiocese sponsored my Italian visa to investigate Catholic doctrines and their use in occult trafficking of humans and human organs, my particular population of study were Slavic youth and Slavic adult women, some already awarded PhD's, deceived into prostitution in western Europe, South Africa, and Israel, though also used for further occult 'practices' after they are forcibly sterilized for their ('caviar wine' https://www.ilfattoquotidiano.it/2018/02/15/severino-antinori-il-ginecologo-condannato-7-anni-e-2-mesi-milano-espianto-ovuli-senza-il-permesso/4161527/ ) ovarian eggs and turned into 'human condoms' or 'bottles' you just 'jet away' ('getta' in Italian), a common Italian mafia vocabulary for sex slaves. Now, since millions of illegal migrants arrive from Africa and the Middle East into Italy, annually, the practices, too many to regulate under the 'Sanita'' (Health Ministry), target non-Slavic populations in Italy. At the Pontifical Gregorian University I attended the lectures related to my investigation, among the lecturers was Michael Fuss who first brought up the occult uses of Vrill in his classroom, studied their private document collections, and questioned their professor Michael Fuss on 'new age religions' and the occult who confirmed that 'Vrill' is what was called the dna drinks used by the nazis, though that this basically originated from the theosophical society of Tzarist era Ukrainian-Russian 'Madame Blavatsky'. The goal was to make a product, a 'Final (beer) Solution' to strengthen entire 'German' populations, by agricultural techniques using humans as liquified and 'ash fertilizer' for their fields for beer, and river based drinking and irrigation water, surrounding the extermination camps; examples are Auschwitz and Dachau (Dachau serves Dachau Beer for Munich where BMW hq is). Other products probably derived from these studies would today serve as performance enhancers with human hormone ingredients, a common practice among pharmaceutical companies. The items involving beverages would be prosecuted under 'infusions' under U.S. laws though this practice is rarely enforced. Of the fictional narratives and Holocaust denials that are told or written around 'vrill' I know nothing, just the forensically reported or documented facts. https://www.state.gov/documents/organization/135994.pdf
Silvia Stein Thanks for your detailed response. Am I correct if I understand from it you are not a believer in Vrill energy, but merely studying those who do believe in it?
I am unsure how you interpreted my questions as Holocaust denial, since I never mentioned the Holocaust.
However, I am unsure of the relevance of the PDF's you linked to. One is just an item about a doctor stealing a women's eggs, and the other is a list of US state regulations about organ donation, most of which specifically exclude blood. The only reference to infusions are technical notes about the procedure. I cannot find anything in it which refers to blood as an infusion. Am I misunderstanding your response here?
Perhaps language is an issue. When you say you were investigating "illegal soul trafficking", the normal interpretation of the phrase in English would be that you accept the existence of the soul and that people were selling other people's souls. Is this what you meant? If so, I understand you are working within a Catholic belief system, and so you accept the existence of the soul, but even Catholic theology does not accept that souls can be sold or otherwise manipulated by humans, so, as someone with a degree from the Pontifical University of Ireland (though I am not a Catholic), I would be interested in any Catholic metaphysics supporting the existence of "soul trafficking". Or are you using the word 'soul' to mean 'body'? If this is the case, I should warn you that the two terms are not interchangeable in English.
I merely clarified the issue of Vrill as not a work of fiction, which you thoroughly cited previously as a fiction novel. Trying to deny the documented practices of crimes against humanity and alluding to just fictitious novels is a form of denial, in which I do not participate here, I am a very rational person, literate in St. Augustine and Aquinas from pre-law at a Jesuit university, and not at all the irrational bimbo you portrayed me as in trying to diminish the issue of 'Vrill' as a fiction. I actually studied the issue of 'Vrill' as a problem of biological communication that, like the internet, requires regulation, which theological approaches have tried to address with dietary laws, so we seem to share some areas of concern, although I admit I am not a professor of law nor of IT and respect your expertise in these fields.
Silvia Stein: I would appear you have blocked me from your communication channel. I regret I find this, and your response, a little rude. At no time have I denied anything. I merely asked if you meant by the word 'soul' the metaphysical spirit or the physical body. I regret you find my questions upsetting, but questioning is not denying, or even disagreeing. Researching the practices of Nazis, or human trafficking, is a respectable activity and I was merely asking for further information. With the greatest respect, your English is not at the level of a native English-speaker, and much of what you have said is unclear and easy to misunderstand. Your original post did not read like you were describing the beliefs and practices of others, but was worded as if you were presenting their beliefs as true facts. Your second post included a number of sentences which suggested belief in souls and the ability of people to sell them. My questions were not rejections of your position - because I could not understand what your position was. I was merely asking you to explain it, and trying to do so in a manner which helped you to see how confusion could occur.
If you wish to bring your research into an English-language forum, you must anticipate requests for clarification unless you can improve your English. If you bring your research into ANY forum, you must expect questions. I recommend you learn to see questions as questions, not as objections. You will find your life more pleasant and productive if you do.
I do not use anyone's name here as 'advertising' by highlighting 'it' in blue, so this is just a scientific group conversation forum, not a personal conversation that I would block, although I do use personal examples so others, interested in dietary laws, understand that I am not so different from their own dilemma. Communication is active here, as with my Irish sister-in-law whom I have nothing in 'common' with, nothing blocked here. Your observations are actually quite brilliant and tricky like hers - my brother, Henry (R.I.C.O.) Stein, III an ex U.S. intelligence and artillery major now sadist fraticidal. literally, practitioner of Ireland's Legion of Christ cult (Ratzinger, who now oversees the Latin Rite which I grew up with in Italy, just issued a statement against L.C. that claims Vatican 'affiliation' http://www.ilgiornale.it/news/cronache/pedoflilia-benedetto-xvi-rompe-silenzio-collasso-inizi-nel-1677806.html ) who 'drove', literally, like an 'ottomobile', his third son now at Trinity college, to incest w/ an older first cousin, second daughter of 'Rico's' and my older sister, to 'put down' when he turned 18, to then have him ready to 'put down' his older half-brothers or any other relative, even his siblings as a 'cattle proder' Auschwitz kapo or "Casa Pound" SPD/STA style. Unfortunately my sister's husband is just as bad and out of fear for her children my sister's eldest took her children away from the incestuous mafia situation, whence they legitimize water boarding, torture and illegal surveillance as "religious communication" or "prayer" George Bush C.I.A. Jessen and Mitchel interrogation style, caused by my brother and our dad, who, after repeated infidelities and fathering a son in Texas circa 1979-1980 (1980 he had hand written letters from the house breaker), divorced our Mother in 1988, and actually has no credibility, like his son. The goal of the Holocaust, besides producing 'Vrill' as a Solution was to also transform humans into 'cars', which my brother is an interchangeable meme CIA style illegal black site master at https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=2026593254028160&set=pcb.2026595090694643&type=3&theater I became interested in law, diet, and religious denomination orientation, and human interaction manipulation based on deceptive use of visuals and sound-bites as well as propaganda when I learned of the involvement of the red wine in the irresponsible behavior of my brother. For a simple Idaho woman in a Mormon, or Muslim, community strong Italian red wine (11 to 14 proof) has the same sedational effect as a 'date rape drink'. The woman looked 'exactly' and inter-changeably like Rico's very Faithful fiance', and I am certain he initiated the involvement feigning, like a 'waiter'/rooster serving a drink, to want a relationship with her and use her like a malicious bimbo (as he spoke of her later as if she raped him) and if anyone snitched he would say he was with his fiance, a corporate human resource manager ( https://www.gigmasters.com/inspirational-speaker/teresa-k-irish ), who looked exactly like the Idaho 'potato', working internationally and not some 'simple' woman from lowly Idaho. His first two sons, twins, he fathered after drinking red wine with a Mormon woman (against her dietary laws) in Idaho, USA before getting finally married years later to a Catholic and then having the third son. The third son, my brother and sister-in-law are basically feminicidally prejudiced against non-catholics. The Irish catholic biology professor, Twamley http://www.ittralee.ie/en/, he married, is his chess pawn, her children, not her, because of my brother, have U.S. citizenship status and university financial /grantsloans, he plays them against me, and like hers I respect your candor, and understand our cultural based differences and opinions. Your observations typed so fast with two hands, wow, that I with one hand take a little time to answer correctly. My academic response regarding the soul is that I 100% accept Cartesian Dualism, meaning that the soul and memory (visual, somatic, spatial, acoustic tone, etc.) survive death of the body. Biologist and psychiatrist Ian Stevenson, MD (1997), specified that the body, like a car driver, degenerating leaves the soul, a scaffolding much like a magnetic based car carriage with it's structural based limitations, not vice-versa, and thus nutrition re-fills the magnetic void of the soul reconstituting it with biological based information, to then drive again within its selfknowledge/limits , every 'car' has different speed and maneuverability capacities, besides knowledge we consume/discern through cognition. In the Cartesian model it is possible another driver tries to take-over your 'car, it's called possession, disorientation, or false ideology - a thinking trap. Advertising today has the same effect in hijacking the driver's attention as any cult or ideology, and Stanlin's experiment was effective in keeping workers focused on tasks and scientific innovation, such as in psychophysiology, my interest. The good driver is considerate of the usefulness of others though does not allow others to impose their vision, often self-serving, on her, such as in staying on-topic in this group discussion thread. I taught Business English in Crimea so I do not use american English nor slang in any forum and write this as a former KGB psycholinguist mentored me to. Regarding your previous observation about the laws and codes not specifically outlawing the consumption/infusion of blood, I suspect such a specific reference could violate separation of church and state such as in the case of Shariah Law. Thus, since I have a background in media law and escathology, I suspect the theological reasoning is that if one consumes the Bavarian workers' bread, beer (a final communication solution in biological media studies based on slime cognition by Vallverdu’ and Castro, 2018 Article Slime mould: The fundamental mechanisms of biological cognition
) ,from suspect regions such as Germany or Poland, as I discussed previously, they should not go for blood. The rationale was explained in the Pontifical Gregorian University course lectures of Dean of Missiology Adam Wolanin, S.J., from Poland and a personal friend of the former Karol Józef Wojtyła, who explained to my questions in class how Poland, under the post WWII Soviets was involved in the restoration of the Hatshepsut Temple in Egypt, and that Vrill, workers' bread, beer, was the drink of the worker/warrior class, involving the Pharaoh, the (disposable) Nobility (disposable if disrespectful or unjust such as in cases not properly addressing caste and work differences) who did not train as worker/warriors had the red wine, which might be the later rationale of the 'Wine of Wrath' against a certain group/ship in the last biblical text, and the commoners had more of an Islamic ritual system. Prof. Wolanin, from Poland, had lived in Africa for about 12 years, studying the different African religions, to try and understand the context of reading the Old Testament, and the practice of ancestor worship. In African Vitalogia ancestors do not die, they change form, possibly reincarnating human too. Wolanin read the reference to the Spirit of Immanuel, referred to in the Gnostic texts as Sophia, Virgin Mary with the soul of a wiseman giving birth to her knowledge not a 'baby', as the equivalent of the living Aten, reincarnated from Moses, to Abraham, and so on including Socrates who was also anti-Hellenism. The early tradition of circumcision, in Judaism, is associated with Hatshepsut's tradition of the castration of the male breast, since women are superior having two breasts (Judith Plaskow, 'Standing Again at Sinai' and the feminist roots of Judaism). Wolanin did not say there was also Hatshepsut in the line of Aten/Emanuel though he did not deny it either, since his job as a Jesuit is to promote the male priesthood. In reincarnation the soul can take male or female form, and this is my perspective, devoid of Catholic institutional and ideological constraints. Wolanin wanted to find the universal law regarding the Spirit of Immanuel, so when challenged in class through my questions, he could not deny it, though in turn he also explained his employer's position, as a Vatican Pontifical employee, to argue for official Catholic policies, though the Vatican is not Italy, it's a separate State with a seat at the U.N.. My being born and raised in Italy, am always skeptical when a Pontifical scholar hesitates or avoids, since they are not 'Italian', and actually Italy, like ancient Egypt, hs no 'trees' in its cities or sandy borders. I deduced that since Africa, where Wolanin studied, was jungles of trees his orientation, with a male fascist fetish, was a thinking block for understanding that I like any Egyptian did not orient towards trees either, since in Italy we have the tradition of clear-cutting trees like Hatshepsut had the penchant for castrating men. The reference of bread from Heaven, 'Manna', in the Old Testament most likely is a reference to this 'bread' from a previous, 40 years before, 'sacrificed' Dynasty, which then in the afterlife 'followed' their ship, metaphor also for a pyramid cult, somehow incarnated in a Biblical figure such as Moses - workers' bread, beer, was treated the same as an internet system between lifetimes. I suspect suicidal killers such as in Jihad were instructed that participating in this fertilization system of the soil were promised a move up in caste rank for the next lifetime, in Heaven, with bread. The common element is that they, 'commoners', whether Muslim or Mormon, act symbiotically if in a group (Tafjel, 1982, Social Identity and Intergroup Relations) and should be provided only accurate information or none in good Faith, so as to wait and see, or they act-out unpredictably since there is a communication break-down either at the cognitive or physiological level, the basis of conflict. Religious dietary laws evolved as part of regulating behaviour from a biological perspective. Thus if I wish to be faithful in responding, sometimes I have someone take a time-out while I discern the communication obstacles and formulate a way to bring them up to date through communication processes. Post WWII Soviets, such as Poland, were under Stalin, who having trained early on as an Orthodox monk, saw the worker ethos as a way to cautiously restore the original rituals and virtues of Orthodoxy, with State figures, like in ancient Egypt, fulfilling the roles for the still 'Orthodox' religious surviving mindsets, called 'The Believers' who opposed the sexual fetishes after 1650 in 'passing down' the Tzarist Executive Office. Prior to 1650 the Executive Office was fought over, much like Stalin fought off the more liberal USSR leadership contender Trotsky. This leadership approach stresses both DNA inheritance and extensive environmental factors typical of the Scholar-Warrior ethos in Daoism, so that the leader has multi-cultural experience at all levels in a broad military style worker rank society that stresses personal intuition with scientific training. The modern example is Putin, an evolution of the Scholar-Warrior Office contender, personally risking a confrontation through Judo, rather than technology. Stalin also understood that geography often is informative of religious mindset orientation: plains orient towards Nomadic warrior traditions such as Ghenghis Khan 'recycle' style feeding the Siberian Tiger Mongolian Arian Buddhism (a Kind of Maoism not vegetarian and exemplified in Ulan-Ude region through the Buryat) from Siberia/China, and Iranian, not exactly Turkish Tatar since they'll betray Turkey while claiming to be Tatar, based Islam in Southern Ukraine (prior to the second war in Iraq Ukrainian engineers were mostly employed as foreigners for oil projects in Iraq) and east in through Russia (Sergio Salvi, 1994, "Tutte le Russie", Firenze: Ponte alle Grazie); mountains (wall philosophy) and forests (tree huggers) to various forms of 'Christianity', as a way to understand self-manifestations. In Stalin's mental schema I really do not know whence he placed the Jewish mindset, and I am not certain he was 'concerned' by their mindset, since some of his appointees were identified as 'Jewish'. By 1948 Stalin understood he could not exterminate religious mindsets, since they went under cover then resurfaced, so he cautiously took steps to re-enforce the basis of the Russ indigenous religions under patriotic censors, minimizing foreign pollution, emphasizing virtuous behaviour, anthropology and linguistics (Lydia Kirk, 1952, Postmarked Moscow, pub. Charles Schribner's Sons). The goal was to understand the nature of mythological and religious thinking, and its uses in propaganda and counter-propaganda, my area. Pharaoh Hatshepsut was 'Honored' by the Soviets and Polish academics in their joint venture to restore her Temple. Post WWII Polish Soviets practiced the worker/warrior ethos after WWII, and Hatshepsut was significant for having institutionalized the use of public obelisks to help all levels to achieve literacy through learning hyeroglyphic inscriptions on the obelisks. Her Reign was as revolutionary as the concept of 'swarm intelligence' through the internet (Vallverdu', et al, 2017), enabling women and children to 'read' whereas literacy previously was the 'gift' of the all male priests and scribes, who drank (their) whine, which Latin Rite Catholics later labelled di-vino (from wine) inspirazione. The grain to beer soil fertilization process, such as the mass graves for each new Dynasty (entire communities supporting a dying Pharaoh were 'sacrificed' to follow a 'ship' of that Pharaoh into the afterlife) were studied by the German Egyptologists, while Lenin then Stalin practiced mass murder eliminating the Romanov Dynasty, at University of Heidelberg and elsewhere to recreate the same 'atmosphere' for the Dynasty of the Third Reich. Essentially this Egyptian dietary law response was stimulated by Hitler's concept of the Cult of Nefertiti to restore in the after life the German element in the Romanov/Hanoverian Dynasty which Lenin and Yakov Yurowsky thought they disintegrated every remnant of, not trusting in Cartesian Dualism. The issues of the then recent discovery by Carter of the tomb of Tut Ankh Aten, a young Scholar/Warrior 'sacrifice' similar to the Horst Wessel narrative, were a point of reference for restoring such a cult, of Akhen Aten (personified by Hitler whose facial profile in WWI precisely correlated with AA, including the diathanatic skill for architecture, not people, in sketching) and Nefertiti (perhaps personified with wishful projection of Eva Braun, though this is not certain since Braun was a little too co-dependent) and applying it to the Romanov and Hanoverian Dynasties (Article Goebbels, Horst Wessel, and the Myth of Resurrection and Return
), thus the German reference to blood laws requiring at least 50% - two liters - of Teutonic blood and the need to disqualify those who dropped their Standard, thus disqualifying their self. This in Egyptology is based on artifacts establishing that ruling familes had nordic features, particularly Hatshepsut, due evidently to maritime abilities of Viking/Celtic and preGreek Etruscans, and perhaps Minoans, and their emphasis of accurate portrayals of ruling families to the People, such as Nefertiti's jaguar like overbite. The practice was anti-Hellenistic. Thus those that do not consume alcohol ritually participate in Islamic blood rituals, such as displaying the ceremonial bed sheet with a little blood on it after the first night after marriage (Muslim Tatar custom in Crimea where I lectured) are balanced with their religious proscriptions against consuming alcohol and protecting virginity for the promotion of Virtue (preserving the original orientation of the person so they do not orient towards another in their motivation) or the act of marriage. This balances with Judeo-Christian and Muslim escathology from the lectures of Pontifical Professor Edmond Farahian, S.J., an Egyptian and expert on the Koran, whom clearly stated that the Koran Honors the image of the Virgin Mary, not the desecrated or dead image of Rome's Christian Jesus or another living dead James Dean cult of personality based on the cultivation of mass hysteria in the occult leading to mass schizophrenia based on enfacement illusion phenomena in mental illness diagnosis. The Koran, besides forbidding worship of grave images, also forbids desecration of the body alive or dead, thus Islamic disdain for the visible crucifix, I wrote my M.A. on this in visual rhetoric. The exception regarding bodily desecration prohibitions are unusual prescribed cases of corporeal punishment or if, as in a limp dead arm from a spinal injury, such as I have a C-5 through C-8 spinal injury related left arm amputation, surgery alleviates the impeding obstacle (Matthew 5:30), which seems aligned with Saint Augustine's theological discussions of Christ as a spiritual body and cutting off a bad section ("Voll brecht", a German theological rationale) of a following in the 'body of Christ'. The Akhen Aten practice emphasized worshipping the Living God, Aten (Sun and Guardian of the Pharaohs) while the cult after the murder of Tut Ankh Aten stressed worshipping the death of the Aten, thus they renamed their cult 'Amen'. This is where Orthodoxy, who worship the human incarnation of God in a Tzar differ with catholics who sacrifice the blood of a Tzar to drink and absorb the 'knowledge' and pretend to speak for God through their di-vino inspirazione. I've tried to keep this argument in balance with Cartesian Dualism, the Pisti Sophia, and Gnostic approaches in early Christianity and Orthodox Christianity and Judaism dating to the earliest concepts of uniting all denominations/castes in a 'Vrill' based pyramid scheme reconstituting the body, the origin of religion. Religion in general addresses survival and retrieval of memory for the afterlife. Trying to stay stable with all this research, including visiting German extermination camps, 'wastelands' of post-Chernobyl and ethnic Russian and Jewish populations in Ukraine, gulags in Russia, Scottish distilleries and German breweries, that could cause a state of mental decoherence in the Penrose model (1997-2009), before publishing my book (2017), I just took a Brit attitude against Italian/US mafia to stop me and signed the book of Masons at the London Lodge in April 2009 and just drink beer, Scottish and English gin tonics. I dealt with my research like my Dad dealt with Vietnam, being that at 17 my american ex-CIA and ace pilot, Apache helicopter design consultant, had me join a Mason Lodge in Spokane, WA, USA. Thus signing the book in London was my final act amounting to self excommunication, thus excluding myself from Catholic Communion (I'm born in Italy educated Catholic though at 12 refused Confirmation due to being told by Donna Rachele Guidi Mussolini about the role of the Vatican, through the Pope's physician's daughter Claretta Petacci, in the Holocaust, and my distant Jewish heritage from Germany) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r58GQYFZeLEHi,
I may be a couple of months late to the party, but I would have a perspective on this.
As almost everyone also says, no, managers do not care a bit about any academic/ scientific knowledge. While the reasons here are pertinent, if I may, I will summarise the issue as:
managers want practices not theories
academic knowledge is fine until it returns more questions/hypothesis than usable facts
the market (in any field) is saturated with academics and thus managers would rather care for experiences.
This ties in with the care for scientific knowledge as they do not need such, X-Raying the western society, it is all about 'trends' and popularities and online lives rather than anything else. I think it all goes to what Shotton wrote in the most upsetting book I've ever read, 'the choice factory': ‘The label improved the expectation and the expectation improved the taste of the food’ p.80 and many more quotes alike can be easily found. This, to me, is pure business. I am not saying it is wrong, on the contrary, however, it does say why scientific knowledge and academia are not a primary if a resource at all.
Thanks,
