Hello.. if the journal is good it should not make any difference. I would never pay for an article to be published...its unethical, wrong and unjustifiable.

We should all get together and resist this at any cost.

Maybe thats why i have no publications.

And this brings me to another important point to consider...why should our worth as teachers be judged by the number of publications anyway?
