HeLa cells are the oldest and most commonly used immortalised human cell line. The cells have class I MHCs, which are presumably also immortalised, but I can't seem to find what the HLA-A, -B, -C alleles are. What I have read in looking seems contradictory.

Dear Darren,
unless you genetically modify the cells, the MHC genotype will be fixed. If the published data ar contradictory, this might be due to technical issues. If the MHC type is important to you, I would strongly recommend to genotype them yourself or have them genotyped, e.g. by your blood bank.
