Do citric acid gets decomposed to oxalic acid on ozone-UV treatment? If so , would anybody show me the mechanism and reaction?

I was performing ozone/UV treatment on citric acid solution and the end products was oxalic acid and tartaric acid. Is it theoretically possible? Would anybody tell me the mechanism of the formation of oxalic acid from the citric acid.
