I want to start my unit recording from mice brain but, I don't know how to analyze these data. so, I ask about any Python or R library or Toolbox to help me?

There are a couple of Python packages dealing with data analysis for electrophysiology. I've personally used Neo and OpenElectrophy (to convert raw data and do spike sorting respectively), but is has been a while, so I don't know how active these projects are: http://neuralensemble.org/neo/ and http://neuralensemble.org/OpenElectrophy/
