Hello everyone,
In eukaryotic cells, all the mRNAS are polyadenylated at 3' end. I want to ask whether this is the same case for pox viruses also. Do all their mRNAs are polyadenylated at 3'end or some of them are polyadenylated and some not? In some papers, I found the statement that all of them are polyadenylated at 3' end but number of papers are v. less in the support of this statement. Someresearchers believe that it is not the case. Please clear my confusion regarding this.
Thank you.
