Hi everyone,
I'm wondering how to fix a problem my lab has been having for quite some time. We have tried two different solutions, both of which seem to dissolve all the zebrafish embryos.
-Sterile system water
-Hanks media (with 0.1% methylene blue)
What solutions do you use to keep your embryos intact?

E3 medium(5 mM NaCl, 0.17 mM KCl, 0.4 mM CaCl2 and 0.16 mM MgSO4 in 1 L DD.H2O).
HEPES (10 mM) buffered E3 medium in a dark incubator at 28°C until 60 h after fertilization.
