Estos planes pueden ser mediatos y desarrollados por medio de teletrabajos ¡pero eso es de escritorio y entiendo que este es más bien un trabajo de campo! que requiere no solo la participación de la empresa y sus integrantes, sino de todos los que conforman el ambiente externo, ¡pero esto es algo, que por ahora está relegado! la participación conjunta y participativa, por lo menos en estos meses ha pasado a segundo plano. Más es necesario tener en cuenta que las empresas de todo tipo a nivel mundial se enfrentan a una desaceleración económica y una contracción que terminará afectando a la inversión. ¡Qué quizás sea menos notable en el campo de la investigación médica! Esta pandemia, ha demostrado sin embargo, que hay que repensar el actuar de la empresa considerado el aspecto biológico, condición sine qua non para el desarrollo humano y empresarial en el largo plazo.
