Dear Researches,
From your view points what are the main barriers of publishing a paper from developing country in a well reputed journal? Further, why they are not so happy from papers which written in developing countries?

Often times, they think nothing laudable can come from many research centres in the developing world. Perhaps due to inability to meet up with the state of the art in the field, weak methodology and lack of funding which generally reduces the quality of research. At least, I know some reputable journals in my field that will not even consider your work for review once found out that it is from a developing country. But we are making progress! Kudos to researchers working in the developing world despite the hurdles!
