I am studying a protein TnfaIP2 (Tnfa induced protein 2). It is directly regulated by Tnfa. I have a mice model where I can induce TnfaIP2 knock-down (via doxycyclin food).

I would like to do TnfaIP2 KD (4 days doxycycline food) and then do Tnfa protein injection. Analyze the mice and check phenotype (especially in the bone marrow).

Does someone would have advice for this type of experiment ?

Should I do intra-peritoneal, sub-cutaneous, tail vein injection ? Which dose ? Etc..

Any hint would be very helpful. Thank you !
