In order to check the Interrater Agreement I've decided to calculate Fleiss' Kappa und Krippendorff's Alpha (three raters, multiple variables).

It worked well but can somebody tell me if it is normal that both results are almost the same? There are just little differences in the decimal places...

I'm hopefully that this low deviation is a good sign so that the outcomes may even confirm each other....?
