Difference betwenn INSPEC Journals and SCI Journals ?

Please tell in detail the major difference between INSPEC and SCI Journals. I am from the technical background of Electronics and Communication Engineering.

INSPEC is given by IET and SCI is maintained by thomson reuters. In academic world SCI is more revered, this much only I can tell you.
