Data driven optimizations are more precise, probable results can be predicted based on the data with hypothesis assumptions, most important you do not required past-experience of the selected project area.Thanks.
Data-driven optimisation is nothing but standard optimisation. The add-ons do not mean anything - as standard optimisation is the same thing. I supposed the term is used in order to emphasise that the problem is solved repeatedly - with varying data. In 1984 we called it parametric optimisation.
It's a smoke screen - that's all.
