I'm modelling the heat transfer in a combustion chamber for an engine with various temperature of the combustion chamber.
Is anyone can help me for finding data of the boiling temperature of the fuel (petrol and diesel) regarding the pressure and the temperature. (from 100 to 600 degree C).
On the internet it is possible to find the boiling point for some values, I would like to find a diagram to see the evolution of the boiling point with the pressure and the temperature.

There is no such thing as a 'boiling point' for diesel or 'petrol'): both are mixtures of components with differing boiling temperatures. So I'm not sure whether anybody published such pointless diagrams.
During a bit of search I found a diagram for diesel showing its components boiling off between about 200 and 400 °C @ "normal pressure".
If you want to have more, there are some log-log (P-T) diagrams about boiling point vs. pressure (for single components). If you get the concept, you could use this scheme to get a rough estimate about the 'boiling point(s) vs. pressure' for diesel.
Diesel is a mixture of hydrocarbons. I hope you can find a tentative mixture of those hydrocarbons and there mass fractions. Different companies might have different fraction of compound. Once you find out the compound and its mass fractions than you can calculate the average boiling point at different pressure by using individual boiling point and its mass fractions.
Diesel fuel is a complex mixture of hydrocarbons. you should know the fuel component by using Chromatography and then do what the previous researcher talk about.

as Ahmed described the knowledge of a reasonable composition of the Diesel fuel is the first step. For the different components you will find the vapor pressures in the Internet or in your library. Then you can describe the pressure curve for each material e. g by an approach like Antoine or Extended Antoine.
After this you can start with VLE calculation to estimate the partial pressures of all components at a given temperature by using Raoults law. The rest is just some mathematics.
At atmospheric pressure, the vapor from synthetic diesel can be observed from as low as 200degC and heavily from 350degC and above.
