Why do not we meet to study the environmental research with all its plant and animal species outside the narrow framework of the concept of political boundaries?. Including that there is no limit to science, Why we limit research on some of the sites and ignores its presence in others, not this contradict the noble goal of scientific research?

Many researchers would be interested, were it not for time, funds for travel, addressing the specifics of their own research, employees, students, agency, etc. Site selection sometimes falls to designated areas due to desired land use, reference conditions, geology, landform, stream type, etc. Funding is often very limited, so researchers must choose areas logical to where they live or can easily travel. When researchers work beyond known political boundaries, they may be faced with different laws, rules, customs, language, living quarters issues, other expenses. Many Universities allow their researchers to have sabbaticals infrequently to other countries to share interests and assist in research needs. Imwould imagine that few researchers are independently wealthy or work for agencies or companies with unlimited resources, so most are constrained. And some areas of research can be very competitive for funds, or to gain position, certification, credentials, commercial discovery for economic gain, etc. Proprietary research efforts of various types may need special agreements and coordination to insure mutual or collective interests are protected.
I am reminded of the Bill Gates, Steve Jobs story (Microsoft, Apple). There were times they were collaborating, and times they were almost enemies in business and expanding on ideas of the other. Both found niches to greatly succeed. Both used ideas of the other to improve. They may have both improved from the competition, but both were driven to excel and be the best.
In working with others, there can sometimes be disagreements on who gets credit, who discovered what, who leads, who follows or how to work as a team, rather than competitors. Under those circumstances, problems can emerge. As long as the noble goal of research is benefitting knowledge and mankind including earth and its varied resources, these problems are less likely to emerge.

But often some researchers are worth ignoring what came from others, Who can be inferred the information remains in them, they have denied what is proved by others.
