As we know ,the time of flower bud induction(not initiation)occur during the previous season at constant period for each crop , but I dont know exactely the nature of environmental requierement for this development , is it costant or may be have wide range of temperature and humidity.
In some stone fruit induction is triggered by end summer temperature changes but in Citrus it is the a dry spell to induce flowering. The tree origin selects a probable inducer and models are fitted by using contrasting climatic occurrences in fields with trees collections. Thanks for your assistant ,but my question was about the predict time for flower buds induction in deciduous fruit trees (Stone fruits for example) and not about climate effects on buds burst or fruit trees distribvution in relation environment condition.

I am not sure about stone fruits, specifically, but a lot of the fruit trees have the flower bud induction as a response to photoperiod. Although most of them respond to decreasing photoperiods, forming flower buds in the late summer and early fall, it may occur that a few flower buds are formed during the spring around the time of the critical photoperiod. Some other species have the induction tied to temperature responses: apples respond to growing degree days and strawberries (which is considered a woody plant) requires low temperature exposure (vernalization).
So, answering your question, if the species you're working with responds to photoperiod, you're going to have very consistent flower bud induction from year to year. If the species responds to temperature, you can use thermal time to normalize the timing of induction.

This is not uncommon in plants, various species exhibits response to temperature in respect of flower bearing e.g. prunus spp, moreover, some physical factors could cause effects on % maleness/femaleness in flower as well.
