Did anyone attend Gobal Engage’s qPCR & Digital PCR Congress USA in San Diego last year? Was it worth it? Would you go again?

I am potentially interested in attending Gobal Engage’s 2nd qPCR & Digital PCR Congress USA on July 11-12, 2016 in Philadelphia (http://www.globalengage.co.uk/digital-and-qpcr.html), but I want to make sure that this is a legitimate conference. Did anyone go to the conference in San Diego last year? If so, what did you think? Would you go again?
