Did anybody estimate the stability of drugs or drug metabolites in urine/serum samples?

I am quite new to drug and drug analysis in urine and serum samples. Within my method development and experiments I wondered about the stability of drugs and their metabolites in urine and blood/serum samples during storage (4 °C, -20 °C). What is about samples which got mouldy?
