Development of species-specific markers based on Actin sequence

Hello. I am trying to secure Actin sequences from plant species which have not yet registered in NCBI and to develop species-specific sequence characterized amplified region (SCAR) markers to distinguish species based on the secured sequence. I think that it looks easy, but I can't find any research paper related to it. Isn't developing a marker to distinguish species within a specific genus a good topic?
