What are pecularities of such teaching? Could it be a real tool to minimize the digital gap?

Ahmed Al Asheq: Overall, a SLR is a good idea, I will explore this possibility more thoughtfully. However, the literature I found during the preliminary search mostly covers the existing digital competences of elderly or lack of them and focuses on the economically developed countries (perhaps, this is due to the English language of papers).
