I have problem, while using Chemkin II (GRI 3.0) mechanism of methane. Firstly I am confused what to put ignition temperature but I am putting 1050 K. Second is that in calculating laminar burning speed by Le-Chateliar and Mallard principle, in formula value of reaction rate is present. I donot understand what is this value?

Anas, you can run the the model name colosed_homogeneous_ignition _delay.ckprj in Chemkin with reactant species as CH4 and Air. Also check the Gas Phase kinetic output file, where you can find the reaction rates of all species. The reaction rate of any chemical reaction is fixed, its depends upon you which kinetic mechanism you are using like GRI Mech 3.0 have 325 reactions. You can set the parametric study using several initial temperatures.
