Hi.. I work with the Kv1.3 ion channel and we're facing a hard time studying its expression on the protein level..

We tried several antibody-based assays including Western blot and FACS analysis, with no luck.. It seems that a general problem with this channel is that there are no efficient antibodies against it..

Any suggestion for other techniques we can try? Or for a good antibody?..
