Good morning! I have done an extensive literature search regarding dental clearance prior to TAVR. I am wondering what other practices are doing around the nation and if anyone has developed a collaborative program with dental and cardiac to risk stratify based on how long the TAVR candidate can wait, and what dental procedures are absolutely necessary. Finally, how long after certain dental surgery should we in theory wait prior to TAVR. Our process is not LEAN and not patient specific. Thank you!
