Productivity in the Education sector is tied to the idea of targets and levels achieved nationally, and in comparison to previous levels or international markers. Efficency in Education is about achieving those targets with the best possible use of often diminishing resources or at least to avoid burgeoning waste of resources. Productivity can also refer to actively distributing one's digitally creative works online. It's the opposite of being a consumer (and an unquestioning one at that).
