Defining required parameter in ansys XFEM static Propogation?

I am trying to simulate the crack growth in a concrete wall due to the impact force of water. I want to use the xfem static propagation but it requires me to define some properties which i am unsure what they mean.

I need help regarding the crack, crack propagation zone and crack front.

Additionally, is there a way in Ansys where i can simulate the crack growth without having to define crack initiation location?

The help is much appreciated. Thank you
