Hi everyone, as it is known, bitumen becomes more viscous with increasing temperature and the phase angle of bitumen increases. In our case, the phase angle of modified bitumen decreases with increasing temperature. There is no unexpected situation regarding complex modulus. On the other hand, storage and loss modules also decrease with increasing temperature as expected. Clearly, the reason of this situation is that the rate of change in the storagr modulus is higher than the rate of change in the loss modulus, thus resulting in a higher phase angle. In other words, while phase angle =arctan(G”/G’), phase angle @70C
