Dear researchers, I'm using the olympus cellSens dimensions software to perform fura2 ratiometric calcium imaging. Anybody else using this software?

Previously I used Metafluor software, Sutter DG4 and a Hamamatsu camera. Now I'm using CellSens software, pE-340 fura Cool LED and a photometrics prime 95B camera. Things haven't been going so well.....I am having problems to operate the CellSens software, it seems to lag and our ratios are much lower than before. Anybody has any experience with CellSens for fura2 ratiometric calcium imaging?
