Start by using Google Translate, and then correct all the many mistakes by the help of an English speaker, or pay that someone to do it all.
Hardly anyone will do it for free. Pay someone professional to do it for you.
Please contact a translation agency or a professional freelance translator. There are dozens and dozens of them available. But of course you will have to pay to get your text translated because translation as an activity qualifies as work, and you normally pay for any work you commission. Didn't anyone tell you that?
As a university teacher who (for 30 years) trained students who then became professional translators, I find your request cocky, to put it mildly.
