Dear colleagues, what are the clinical and subclinical symptoms of SLE induced in BALB/C mice?

There is nothing.

Such as the injection of activated chromatin to the lumbar region of mice for the model of induction. I search for further tissue damage and symptoms like nephropathy and so on. Unfortunately I couldn't find an obvious tissue damage sign for this model of induction in these mice.
