Given there are 1000s of journals already, we do not need another new journal. Anything new would be for $$/ money.

Also, with a blank editorial board: http://www.springjournals.net/ijmvi/editors it is highly suspicous practice.

"SPRING" is trying to give a false impression of Springer and get into the publshing market. I would have believed if they were 'Screw', 'Nuts' but certainly not as SPRING.

It seems to be fake. You can check Scopus and Web of Sciences resources to find any indexed journals.
