These types of images files are used in all imaging fields. I need to convert this file to show my Flat Panel Detector can get true images in radiology field. Because my imaging software can only work with .dcm (DICOM) format.

You can very easily do this with ImageJ/Fiji (I recommend using the BioFormats Plugin): http://fiji.sc/
It is definitely also possible with MATLAB - if you have a license and know the programming language a bit.

I have the same problem as Davood, I want to convert the XCAT computational phantom formats into DICOM file formats but i can't do this by ImageJ software!!
