Perhaps you placed the calculated textbook PID gains into the PID controller (Simulink block) with filtered derivative. Another possibility is that the calculations are erroneous in the first place.

I am sure about all calculations, because all calculated parameters are confirming by software. I am not sure about filtered derivative. Also by implementation my results are true.!

I just want to point out that the default setting of PID controller in Simulink comes with the derivative filter. Thus, the output from a calculated textbook PID controller and the output from a filtered PID controller are different, even though both have the same P-I-D gains. However, you can turn off the derivative filter setting if you want to compare the result with your calculations.

Furthermore, if the calculations of PID gains are obtained from a linearized system, and the simulation is carried out on the actual nonlinear system, the result could be different (not as expected), depending on the degree of nonlinearity.
